Sierra de Ávila

Estación Inglesa Junior takes place in a Villanueva del Campillo, in the Ambés Valley, Ávila. It's a medieval village surrounded by nature and with impressive views of the mountains of the Sierra de Ávila. The hotel is just two hours away from Madrid.

The venue

The Hotel San Antón is a cosy rural hotel with lots of outdoor areas that will allow you to enjoy the summer weather while taking part in the different activities.

Participants are accommodated in double and triple rooms in little semi-detached houses with an independent living room and private bathroom. Free WiFi is available in the common areas.

You will also have access to an outdoor swimming pool to cool off after the activities. There's also a meeting and gaming room, a table-tennis table, a table-football table and lots of communal areas to enjoy your free time.

Meals take place in a separate restaurant with fantastic views over the Sierra de Ávila. You will sit down with other participants and counsellors to enjoy traditional Spanish food and international foods.

Visit to Ávila

During the programme we will go on a guided visit of Ávila, one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, featuring an impressive medieval wall from the 11th centiry.

How to get there

When you volunteer with Estación Inglesa you will benefit from our free transportation service from and to Madrid Airport and Madrid train station.
